Will you be traveling a long way to JAK Rabbitry? We have put together this page with the weary traveler in mind. I would hope your trip to the rabbitry is as stress-free as possible, so here is a list of hotels, attractions, and restaurants in the area that we recommend. We are also a proud supporter of local small business.

We are located directly between the towns of Monaca and Cranberry Township, PA. Either town is accomodating as fas as providing lodging, a place to eat, and entertainment, however we highly reccomend you choose to stay in the Cranberry Township area, as it boasts more variety and is our usual hangout between bunnies.

If there is something you need that is not listed, feel free to contact the rabbitry and we will be more than happy to direct you to a book store, church, or McDonald's!

** Our favorite place to eat! Meals cost around $9, the service is extremely fast, the place is always clean! Watch the game on multiple big screens in the restaurant area or the bar. Have a good wine or beer with your meal. Multiple nights a week entertainment is provided, including tarot card reading, and a man who makes balloon animals! Or if you're just in the mood for some pizza, they'll deliver.

** More Italian food with a little classier setting. I always loved going here because the tablecloths were paper and they always gave you crayons to decorate it with. The food is a little fancier but very good. If you're looking for maybe a little sit down romantic dinner, try here!

** Some authentic Mexican! It sits right next to the Zelienople airport, many people enjoy watching the planes take off and land while they eat. They're mostly tiny cessnas so dont worry about the noise!

** This restaurant is absolutely stunning. The murals and fountains are a sight to behold. It is a Chinese restaurant however you will find some American favorites at the buffet also (for the kids perhaps?). They also have recently added a large sushi bar. There is so much food here. Prices for lunch range between $7-$9 depending on teh day, and dinner is around $12-$14, all you can eat! Take out is also available.

** This place also sports a bar, televisions, and lots of cars! You'll often find this place the hot spot for Bike Night and Cruises. The restaurant is themed with lots of old hot rods and car parts, truly unique and a popular Pittsburgh Symbol. Famous also for their LARGE variety of wings, ranging from Ranch to Atomic! ** You're never too old for arcades and mini golf! This facility also boasts bumper boats, go karts, and those big play areas with the gerbil tubes that kids like to crawl in. They also have good scooped ice cream and fast food.

MAPLE SYRUP FESTIVAL

**"This annual event, held at the Bradys Run Park Lodge celebrates the arrival of the maple syrup from the park trees each Spring. Each year approximately 30,000 people visit this unique event. (To handle crowds of this size, complimentary shuttles are provided throughout the park). The festival is typically held near the end of March or early April and usually includes tours of the maple syrup-making process, an All-You-Can-Eat Pancake Breakfast, crafts and entertainment. ** Another very large park with a variety of large rocks, covered bridges, and fresh water streams. Perfect for a picnic or a scenic walk. I highly reccommend coming here in the fall.

They even sell 25 LB bags of rabbit food, for when you get here late or want to leave super early, yet prepared. This is also my source for water bottles and litter boxes and brushes.
